Regarding Covid-19

Dear City Springs Theatre Patrons,

I wanted you to know that our company takes seriously the health and well-being of our patrons. Given the outbreak of COVID-19, I wanted to update you the steps we are taking to provide a comfortable and clean environment for you.

We are in close communication with the Sandy Springs Performing Arts Center, owned and operated by the City of Sandy Springs, and are following all recommendations by the CDC and Department of Health. Below is a message from the Mayor of Sandy Springs regarding the precautions the venue is taking:

“At all City of Sandy Springs facilities, we are implementing precautionary steps to help ensure a safe environment for staff and visitors. We are changing our cleaning protocols, including frequency, inclusion of all surfaces, door handles, and touchable spaces. We are also using an atomizer spray to help sanitize public areas, including the theatres following performances.”

Additionally, all ushers, security team members, and concessions staff are wearing gloves to prevent the spread of germs. We have additional hand sanitizer throughout the lobby and any personnel who arrives exhibiting any signs of a cold are being sent home.

We ask that you visit the following website for information regarding the Coronavirus, and precautions you should take if you are feeling ill.

We will follow the lead of the City of Sandy Springs regarding this issue. At this time, the venue is open and all scheduled City Springs Theatre performances are taking place. Should that change, you will be notified well in advance of your performance.

As always, thank you for your patronage and support of City Springs Theatre Company.

Be well,

Brandt Blocker
