AVAILABLE POSITIONS

Director of Development

(Full Time, Salary, Sandy Springs, GA)

Reporting directly to the Executive Director, the Director of Development is responsible for planning, developing, organizing, and directing all City Springs Theatre Company fundraising. This responsibility includes major gifts programs, annual fund, planned giving, special events, and capital campaigns (depending on size and scope of said capital campaign). Above all, the Director of Development is charged with developing and executing a financial plan that ensures City Springs Theatre Company continues to meet its core mission and evolving artistic goals. The Director of Development is a leading role, working closely with the Board, Executive Director, and other staff to develop and articulate the strategic direction of the Theatre Company, and to implement the resulting strategies and initiatives. 

> Education Coordinator

(Full Time, Sandy Springs, GA)

Responsible for the coordination, scheduling, and selling of all programs associated with City Springs Theatre Company’s Conservatory, which trains the next generation in the performing arts. Conservatory programs include a Pre-Professional Company, participation in the Junior Theater Festival, weekly private lessons in voice, dance and drama, a College Prep Program, and student matinees. This position will primarily work on nights and weekends while programming is taking place and will report to the Director of Education. Due to the required night and weekend schedule, the ideal candidate will not perform in any productions or teach in the conservatory.

> Box Office Associate

(Part Time/Hourly, Sandy Springs, GA)

Reporting directly to the Patron Services & Office Manager, the Box Office Associate will work City Springs Theatre Company performances at the Sandy Springs Performing Arts Center. The Box Office Associate will provide customer service to patrons with ticketing issues, including lost, stolen, or damaged tickets. This position will primarily work will call, handling advanced ticket orders as well as answer box office telephone and respond to customer questions regarding events, ticket operations, and assist patrons in finding seat locations on seating diagrams.

> Conservatory Faculty

(Contract, Sandy Springs, GA)

City Springs Theatre Company is seeking qualified teachers to serve as faculty for the newly created conservatory programs. Potential candidates will have experience in the fields of vocal instruction (group and private), acting, dance, and technical theatre and be available to teach weekly and semester-long classes. A college degree in theatre, voice, dance, technical theatre, or education required. Classes are currently offered for students ages 10-18.
