City Springs Theatre Company seeks an experienced and highly organized Associate Production Manager to support the Production Manager by overseeing financial, contractual, and logistical administration for CSTC’s Production Department. This role manages budget tracking, department purchasing, production contracts, and inventory systems. In addition, the Associate Production Manager serves as the primary Production Manager for all Education Department productions and events.

City Springs Theatre Company seeks an experienced and highly organized AEA Production Stage Manager (PSM) to lead stage management operations for CSTC’s main stage productions. The PSM serves as the central communication point for directors, designers, performers, crew, and staff, and is responsible for ensuring that all rehearsals and performances run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with AEA, IATSE, and AFM work rules and regulations.

City Springs Theatre Company is seeking qualified teachers to serve as faculty for the newly created conservatory programs. Potential candidates will have experience in the fields of vocal instruction (group and private), acting, dance, and technical theatre and be available to teach weekly and semester-long classes. A college degree in theatre, voice, dance, technical theatre, or education required. Classes are currently offered for students ages 10-18.
