ABOUT OUR PRODUCTION

Winner of four 2019 Olivier Awards® including Best New Musical, COME FROM AWAY presents the incredible real-life story of 7,000 air passengers who were grounded in the wake of the 9/11 attacks, and the small Newfoundland community that invited these “come from aways” into their town with open hearts. What starts out like any other day quickly turns into an international five-day sleepover with the proud, eclectic Gander community cheering on the weary and distraught travelers with music, an open bar and the recognition that we’re all part of a global family.

COME FROM AWAY will be performed WITHOUT an intermission. Running time is approximately 100 minutes.

BYERS THEATRE

Named after Ken and Trish Byers, the Byers Theatre is the primary performance space at the Sandy Springs Performing Arts center. The theatre holds 1,096 seats, including 18 VIP boxes. Every seat is not available for all performances due to sightlines.

PARKING AT THE BYERS THEATRE

Note: During the holiday season, multiple events take place on the City Springs campus. We recommend arriving early to secure parking.

Valet Parking - $20
(Available 1-hour before showtime. Space is limited)

Underground Parking Deck - $15 (PAY-VIA-APP)

Street Parking: All street parking at City Springs requires registration via the area signage. First two hours free free, additional time requires payment. Scan the QR code near your parking space to begin the process.

All patrons may be required to pass through metal detectors at time of entry. Bags and purses may be checked. Security requirements may change at any time based on management's discretion.
