Set in author Damon Runyon's mythical version of New York City, Guys and Dolls is considered by many to be the perfect musical-comedy. The show follows Nathan Detroit, a Manhattan gambler who needs to find a new location for his craps (dice) games, pronto. He finally bankrolls the game with the help of fellow gambler Sky Masterson, who settles their deal on a bet: Nathan bets (the handsome and popular) Sky that he can’t woo the neighborhood missionary, Sarah Brown, and take her on a date. Meanwhile, Nathan is having trouble with his own girlfriend, Adelaide, who after 14 years of dating is ready for marriage.

Guys and Dolls is a cornerstone of the stage that continues to delight audiences over 50 years after its Broadway premiere. Featuring the songs “Luck be a Lady,” "Take Back Your Mink," "Bushel and a Peck," and “Sit Down You’re Rockin’ the Boat,” this musical is the perfect balance of story, dance, music, and romance.
