  • Visit https://www.cityspringstheatre.com/subscribe/ and select “Renew Now” 

  • “Sign in” with the e-mail address associated with your account and select “Continue” 

  • Enter your password. 

    • If you do not know your password, please select “Forgot Password.” You can either: 

      • Click “Sign with a Code” A code will be sent to the email address associated with your account.

      • Click “Forgot Password” to be taken to reset your password 

  • Select “Season 9 Subscription Renewal” under applications 

  • Confirm the seat(s) you are renewing.

  • Select either “Full Payment” or the “ 2026-2027 Subscription Renewal Payment Plan” 

    • IMPORTANT: If you choose to do a payment plan; you will not receive your tickets or be able to exchange performance dates until your final payment on Tuesday, June 16th.

  • OPTIONAL: If you choose to donate you can add a donation in one of the selected amounts to your cart at this time.

  • Scroll to the bottom of the page and select “Add to Cart” 

  • Choose your Delivery Method (Mobile, Print At Home, Mail, or Will Call) 

  • Enter Credit Card information

  • Select “Checkout”

You will receive an e-mail order receipt immediately. For mobile or Print At Home, tickets will be emailed within 24-48 hours of purchase. At that time, you can add them to your Apple or Google wallet on your mobile device or print the PDF version of your tickets. For Mail delivery, all tickets will be printed and mailed out in 5-7 business days. For Will Call, all tickets will be printed and at the Box Office for you to pick up two hours prior to your scheduled performance date. If you have chosen to be on a payment plan; you can check your account under “Payment Schedules” to see upcoming payments.
