Director of Development
Reporting directly to the Executive Director, the Director of Development is responsible for planning, developing, organizing, and directing all City Springs Theatre Company fundraising. This responsibility includes major gifts programs, annual fund, planned giving, special events, and capital campaigns (depending on size and scope of said capital campaign). Above all, the Director of Development is charged with developing and executing a financial plan that ensures City Springs Theatre Company continues to meet its core mission and evolving artistic goals. The Director of Development is a leading role, working closely with the Board, Executive Director, and other staff to develop and articulate the strategic direction of the Theatre Company, and to implement the resulting strategies and initiatives.
Associate Production Manager
The Associate Production Manager supports the Production Manager by coordinating logistics across all production activities at CSTC. This role manages transportation, shipping, and inventory; maintains schedules and documentation; and supervises production assistants, drivers, and event setups. The Associate Production Manager ensures efficient communication across departments and helps oversee day-to-day operations at CSTC facilities, while also serving as the production lead on select events. This position requires excellent organizational and communication skills, a strong background in production, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Conservatory Faculty
City Springs Theatre Company is seeking qualified teachers to serve as faculty for the newly created conservatory programs. Potential candidates will have experience in the fields of vocal instruction (group and private), acting, dance, and technical theatre and be available to teach weekly and semester-long classes. A college degree in theatre, voice, dance, technical theatre, or education required. Classes are currently offered for students ages 10-18.
