FAQ’S RE: VIRTUAL CONCERTS
What are these concerts replacing and which 3 shows will I be seeing in 2021?
These 4 concerts are replacing our previously announced September and December productions. So, you get 4 concerts for the price of 2 shows! And, starting in March 2021, you will be seeing “Mamma Mia”, then “Into the Woods” in May, and “West Side Story” in July.
Are these concerts an additional series or is this included in my subscription?
These 4 concerts are now included in the price your subscription.
How can I watch these concerts?
You can view our concerts using your computer, tablet, or mobile device.
How will I get the link/how do I use it/what do I need in order to watch these?
We will email you a web link and a unique access code 48 hours before the first showing, and you can use the link once for any of the 4 showings per concert!
l buy tickets for several people that do not live in my household. How will they all get the link and unique access codes?
We can email separate links and codes to all parties; we just need their email addresses.
Can I stream the concerts to my TV?
Absolutely! We encourage you to do so. All concerts will be professionally filmed using multi-cameras and robust stereo sound. You may connect your device to your television by using an HDMI cable. Or, you can wirelessly stream if you have a Smart TV (most televisions are now smart). Instructions to wirelessly stream may be found on your TV manufacturer’s website. You can also mirror your screen to any Apple TV, Roku, or streaming device.
Can I watch the concerts any time or are there specific dates and times?
There are 4 dates and times per concert – Thursday, Friday, and Saturday @ 7:00pm and Sunday @ 2:00pm
Can you watch the concert more than once?
At this time, the broadcast will take place at the 4 designated dates and times listed.
What if I miss the 4 dates for one of the concerts? Will the link still be useable?
The link and unique access codes will expire once the concert air dates are completed. Additional broadcast times are being considered, and we will update patrons as necessary.
l heard there was a Virtual After Party following each broadcast. How do I get invited?
All Producers Circle Members and VIP Ticket Holders are automatically invited to our exclusive After Party, following each concert broadcast. Hosted by Executive/Artistic Director Brandt Blocker, our Concert Series After Parties will feature live conversation with the cast, orchestra, and creative team from each concert. These After Parties will take place via ZOOM immediately following each concert broadcast. A link will be sent to all Producers Circle Members 48 hours prior to the first broadcast.
